Victor Emmanuel DE SA, Partner & Strategy Officer Geneva Solutions SA
Prior to his key role as Conversion Manager for SAGEM Morpho on the Malaysian AFIS [Automated Fingerprint Identification System], Victor-Emmanuel de SA was Foreign Relations Officer in the French Air Force at the HQ in Paris and worked as Pre-Sales Engineer for Sun Microsystems at their HQ in Paris. Then he joined a Swiss based Security IT Company, as System Security Team Manager to design and build new secured e-payment architectures. Then he worked with K2na Systems in Melbourne as Security Systems Architect for the Open Secured Smart Cards Management System and the Medic@l Secure Storage® (e-health).

After four years, he was successively Senior Security Consultant, Senior Security Auditor and Security Engagement Unit Manager. Since 2003, he has been working closely with the State of Geneva and the Swiss Confederation for security matters related to e-Gov.

Belonging to the official e-Gov delegation for the Swiss confederation and international Security lecturer [United Nations - ITU - Various Governments and Ministries of Defence - etc], with almost all computer security certifications, he is part of the “Routards” team which became Quadruple Vice-World Champion in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 during the mythic and prestigious international hacking Contest: the DEFCON  » Capture The Flag « .

Marc Maiffret, eEye Digital Security Cofounder
Marc Maiffret co-founded eEye Digital Security in 1998 after a stint as the company’s Chief Hacking Officer, now fills the role of Chief Technology Officer. Marc is an industry expert in network security and has accepted three separate invitations to testify before the United States Congress on matters of national cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection. Marc famously discovered the first Microsoft computer worm, « CodeRed » and was named one of People Magazine’s 30 People Under 30.
